“It would be good if for the bras, u could have indicated the measurement in inches and cup size, rather than just S M, L and XL, XXL. This is to enable customers to be better informed to make the right choice.”

“Received a delivery notice from the staff which said normally delivered within 3-6 hours. However I waited more than that and some more it was a Saturday. Couldn’t get anyone to help.”

“Pricing inclusive of delivery is most competitive after comparing a few online shopping sites. Item came well packaged in a week’s time. The only down would be I didn’t receive any email notifications from Robinsons when item was shipped. I only know it was sent after I receive a sms from delivery co.”

“I ordered 4 items which arrived on 3 different days. I was not notified and thought the delivery fall short. The mooncakes advertised showed the wrong quantity also. It was advertised as 10 pieces per box but cam as 9 pieces only. Overall it did not give me a pleasant online shopping experience. My email feedback has not gotten any reply too.”

Regarding the delivery, If you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. “I bought a Milton Home hand towel from Robinsons and only washed it once before use. The side trimming is frayed. Looks like it’s been used for 50 times!! Very disappointed.”
