“I bought a Milton Home hand towel from Robinsons and only washed it once before use. The side trimming is frayed. Looks like it’s been used for 50 times!! Very disappointed.”

“first time keyed in the items that wanting to buy, realised that there was an error. after amendments wanted to buy additional items, the system just cut off and payment already deducted.”

“Product & price is good. delivery is fast but some improvement if possible. Delivery slot not given, delivery arranged by the service provider, it will be good to have the delivery people to contact us so that we are able to make arrangement to be home to pick up the parcel. not right to have the parcel left at the door.”

“This is my first time using ROBINSON online service. Being a well established brand, I feel very safe and comfortable to order online with ROBINSON. Overall I received my goods within 3 business days. Would be nice if the user online experience can be improved: 1. To confirm stock is available and provide an estimated delivery lead time before asking for payment. 2. To allow customer to select delivery date. Thank you.”

“I'm thinking the recent shopping foray was cause for extended delays in delivery. Hmm Would have preferred that all be delivered at one time but think this not logistically possible. Anyway I'm happy with my purchases and will probably look in again if I need "high end, high quality" stuff and have more patience to wait wait wait. Perhaps Covid is taken Patience out for a ride hehe Thanks anyway.”

“Robinsons' range of products is getting better by the day, and there are several good buys at a good price. I must commend Live Chat customer service staff Rowena and Mikael who did an excellent job, answered my queries and sorted out a delivery delay in a very courteous & very efficient manner. Reminds me of the legendary Robinsons service in the old days. Two thumbs up!”
