“Since young I used to shop at Robinson , today I have to adapt to a new way of shopping via online. Well it’s just a matter of used to it , infact not so easy for old folk like me.”

Please be informed that if you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. “The separate delivery instructions were not obvious/communicated before confirming the order. One of the vendor messed up my order and delivered lesser items, and it took extra time to reach out to the help team. With no exact instruction received if the delivery will be send out by when.”
