“Quality product and reliable service. Item arrived very quickly and the bedsheet sheet was lovely. Not disappointed at all at choosing to purchase from Robinsons because the same set was offered elsewhere at a similar price. Shopping experience was pleasant but there is limited choice though. Not enough variety so I had to purchase extra pillow cases elsewhere.”

“awful distasteful experience online shopping with Robinson when product is defective and is not accepted for returns and refunds and no discussion of exchange use an excuse its hygiene products when it is not defined in its terms and conditions”

“I was sad when Robinsons left Singapore coz we love the Quality and the Products though was a little expensive was worth the $$$. With this online purchase, we still got the expected Qulaity, expected Service plus 2 additional features, super fast delivery (2-3 days) and fantastic bargains! See to believe and feel the quality.”

“I like the goods that I purchased but unfortunately they were shipped from Italy and a lot of confusion over the import tax that I have to pay. It is good that Robinson was able to pay me the tax amount first before I make payment to DHL, but the experience will be much better if Robinson can settle such tax directly with DHL. Initially I was anxious when asked to pay the tax as I feel that Robinson should not make me pay the tax. Need to clarify with both Robinson and DHL Several times to settle the payment and that dampened the good experience I had with the goods purchased.”

“Support crew on messenger is fast to react but the delivery and back end systems need to improve immediately. My both purchases delivery are all messed up!! Too many tracking emails but no delivery! What a disappointment. All the order numbers n addresses all went wrong. I have yet to receive my 2nd purchase order due to wrong order number and instructions given to distributor. I shouldn't be dealing with distributors!”
