“customer service via chat is responsive when I enquired about product details even though my enquiry was at night around 9pm. So satisfied wth the answers, I made my first online purchase and happy with the product.”

“The 10.10 promotion was genuine and I enjoyed the online shopping. But shipping was rather irritating as I received numerous notifications. Apparently the items were shipped by different vendors directly, and they arrived at my door on different days. I must have received at least 10 email notifications for the 1 order via Robinsons online transaction.”

Hi Casper, thank you for the review. We understand and we are sorry for the inconvenience if you have received a lot of SMS on the delivery status. This is just to update you on your order especially if you have ordered more than one item. In this case, if you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. “Missing item and Wrong product was shipped Customer service not prompt and cannot play a active role to resolve what is done via distributor When distributor almost made a second mistake w wrong delivery intended, Robinson could not check to ensure it is correct, staff of Robinson too inexperienced w online business”

“Placed order 8 days ago - silence, no info when i gonna receive the item. Definitely not 3-5 days as mentioned on the website. so BEWARE unless you are willing to wait (no idea for how long though)”
