“Great communication with Rowena via email! I get to receive some items while waiting (still waiting) for the rest of shipment to arrive. I didn't mind, especially after Rowena explained about the delay. Tx Robinsons & Rowena!”

“First time ordering from Robinsons since their come back in online form. Bought some towels and manuka lozenges at a very good deal during their 10.10 sale. Delivery status was constantly updated even though the 2 items were delivered separately. Will continue to support them when there’re good deals”

Please know that if you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. “The sale was good with very attractive bargains. We were updated on the shipment in a timely manner. The items came packed in boxes with protection as there are glass bottles. Items arrived in good condition. Thumbs up!”

“Why would you need a different page for the same product and brand but of different sizes?? It's confusing and a waste of a lot time just to order 1 item. I've to click one by one just to search for the size I wanted and yet have to counter check (again) if it's the item wanted. Worst online shopping system. It's the same bad experience I had for other products like the golden hotpot and spoon. It should be you click on 1 item, there is the option of sizes or colour choices directly. So far I had 2 frustrating Robinson online shopping experiences honestly!”

“Glad that yr customer service response to my delivery address correction was prompt. Delivery service was also prompt. Goods received in good order. Purchase online was also easy and hassle free. Good. Keep it up. Prices of other merchandise - not that competitive though.”
