“I am very pleased w the purchase. However, I’m just thinking in order to save on delivery, why didn’t Robinsons collate all orders and deliver once? I ordered 6 items n there was 5 deliveries of a single item each n 2 items in one delivery. Although it was free delivery, I just feel it was a bit of wasted trips. I wouldn’t hv mind waiting for a few days for all items to come in one delivery”

We are grateful that you took the time out to leave us a review. We understand that it is convenient if the orders will be sent together. However, If you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. “First time ordering from Robinsons since their come back in online form. Bought some towels and manuka lozenges at a very good deal during their 10.10 sale. Delivery status was constantly updated even though the 2 items were delivered separately. Will continue to support them when there’re good deals”

“The sale was good with very attractive bargains. We were updated on the shipment in a timely manner. The items came packed in boxes with protection as there are glass bottles. Items arrived in good condition. Thumbs up!”

“Why would you need a different page for the same product and brand but of different sizes?? It's confusing and a waste of a lot time just to order 1 item. I've to click one by one just to search for the size I wanted and yet have to counter check (again) if it's the item wanted. Worst online shopping system. It's the same bad experience I had for other products like the golden hotpot and spoon. It should be you click on 1 item, there is the option of sizes or colour choices directly. So far I had 2 frustrating Robinson online shopping experiences honestly!”
