“Bad experience, when i placed my order, it clearly stated the GST amount. But was sent a text message from DHL to pay tax in order to receive my order. It was not clearly stated in the checkout page, nor the confirmation email that i had to pay additional tax to receive my order. After contacting customer service i was told i will get a refund, but that was only after i reached out. Imagine if i did not, i would have to pay tax twice. I.e., Nobody reached out to me. After furnishing my bank details, I haven’t heard from Robinsons nor received the money. Poor experience. Felt cheated”

“Suggest your can carry Esprit clothes and watches and handbags. I have college and friends their favorite brand . Import from Korea or Hong Kong design clothes or accessories . Hopefully ur can considered my suggestion . Also provide more details in clothes size chart and material info , example Mango on line their clothes size chart is accurate base on input information so that can select the correct size . Thank you”

“I am very pleased w the purchase. However, I’m just thinking in order to save on delivery, why didn’t Robinsons collate all orders and deliver once? I ordered 6 items n there was 5 deliveries of a single item each n 2 items in one delivery. Although it was free delivery, I just feel it was a bit of wasted trips. I wouldn’t hv mind waiting for a few days for all items to come in one delivery”

However, If you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations.
