“I wrote to you a month back about your misleading and deceoving ad on free delivery and $10 off for purchases over $50 and $100 respectively and still havent got a reply. Im dissapointed that you give such bad service.”

“Great to have you online despite no physical store. A point system or membership of some sort would motivate returning customers. I shop for gifts usually. All purchases are gifts so far.”

“I am a customer of the Robinsons while they had their physical store in Singapore for many many years. I miss their presence. I suppose that the current online store is what we can enjoy for now, while we look forward to the day when Robinsons will open shop again in Singapore.”

“As the items I ordered came at different times, it would be better to indicate 1st of eg 5 items sent, instead of Order No. eg #123 delivered. After waiting a few days I had to send an enquiry about my remaining items.”

We are grateful that you took the time out to leave us a review. We understand that it is more convenient if the order will be delivered altogether. However, If you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations.
