“As the items I ordered came at different times, it would be better to indicate 1st of eg 5 items sent, instead of Order No. eg #123 delivered. After waiting a few days I had to send an enquiry about my remaining items.”

We are grateful that you took the time out to leave us a review. We understand that it is more convenient if the order will be delivered altogether. However, If you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. “Great product at amazing prices. Great delivery service - items were shipped out in batches and each batch was nicely packed and delivery guy friendly. Highly recommended.”

“As a loyal customer of Robinsons, I am very happy to be given an option to shop online when the departmental store closed. “Appalled at the old box used for these glasses. Besides they are not even sealed after unwrapping it. Feels a recycled stock being discarded. This was meant to be a gift. Disappointing.”

“Your Customer Service is excellent but some info in your website is misleading. It showed that my mattresses were delivered on 16/10/2021 but actual delivery was on 20/10/2021. The deliveryman for the speaker was not looking at the address properly. He wanted to leave the parcel at my neighbour's door when my door was wide open waiting for him.”
