“There is problem in choosing the sizes of almost everything. The button for sizes does not seem to work on Android phone most of the time. It is frustrating.”

“Purchased about 8 items. Got 3 items the next day. The rest was delivered within a week. All items received in good condition and properly packed. Delivery was done in the evening I find convenient as I was at home to receive the parcels. Yes will definitely order again if there are great offers!”

“The update on delivery status is not accurate particularly on the 3rd item. Was notified that it has been delivered when it was not. This caused frustration and unnecessary stress. It was delivered the day after.”

Please also be informed that if you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. “Having a Responsive Help Desk is very important in the absence of retail personnels who can help answer your question. This is missing from many other businesses, even big brand names! Robinson’s was able to fulfill this need. Thanks.”

“the products purchased came in bubble wrap to protect the items, however the items are in dusty state. suggesting that the merchandise are kept in very dusty area or are simply stored too long.”
