“There is room for improvement on your online platform. System did not reflect my correct delivery address after checked out. Solution provided by BOT is not helpful in changing the delivery address. Instruction given cannot be found in the online platform. Eg it said tap on "To Ship" under "My Purchase" but system showed "My Order" and there is no "To Ship" tab available.”

“It has been very frustrating as I ordered the Canopy Earl sateen set but was sent the Eternity set instead. Then without any message sent in advance the courier was sent to exchange the product when I was not home. Asked him to wait 5mins and he refused. Now I hv to arrange another pick up time. This has been very troublesome.”

“Imagine my surprise and delight to find that Robinson has gone online. I must say I missed Robinson. I used to get many household items from Robinson and I was at a lost when it ceased its operation. The Snowdown pillows I ordered were just as good. Will definitely purchase again.”
