“It was not made known to me that the items will all be delivered separately. In your email when one item was delivered, it was tracked as all items delivered. Hence i was thinking there are missing items and i had to get in touch with your customer service. But i must say the delivery guys were very pleasant to deal with.”

If you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. Also, we are now looking into resolving our way of how customers can see their orders online. Thank you for letting us know about this. Your feedback helps us do better. “First time I try online shopping with Robinson. The product I purchased is as good quality with I purchase at the store. There is also flexibility to return one of the item that I don’t like. Overall, I’m happy with the shopping and will continue to do it.”

“Ordered 2 items and was surprised there were 2 separate shipments. Not sure how is the backend logistics arrangement. If the items came from different warehouse, then understandable. Otherwise, am worried about additional carbon footprint.”

“Items bought are exactly as advertised and described on the website. Only issue is how when you buy multiple items, they all come separately and on different days. Very inefficient and I imagine a big waste of money on Robinson's part.”
