I liked the star buys and discount items. Delivery was prompt and I was constantly updated of the progress. However an item (dandruff shampoo) that I thought I had added to my cart together with the dandruff conditioner was somehow not picked up in the order. Unfortunately I overlooked it when I checked out.

Products are well packed and protected. Delivery was within 1 week. Only draw back is the estimated delivery times was way off the actual time. Estimate delivery time states 3 to 6 hrs, but product reached 12 hrs later after rhe email notification.

Products purchased met expectations and quality. Only the delivery schedules were exceptionally delayed by about 1 week.

Can reduce amount of packaging. Already not using bubble wrap which is good - still box was big n had more cardboard cushion inside. Tx.

Website interface can be improved for better shopping experience. It's difficult to browse for items and difficult to search for items. Delivery can be made a better experience if customer can select time slot and date to receive the merchants. As no time and date was given, I didn't know when and what time my merchants were coming and guess what, they came at the wrong time when no one was at home.

The delivery person only called when he arrived at my home as I was out at the time. It is preferred if he could have informed me earlier of his arrival so I could arrange to be home to receive it.

Well packed. But the quality fall short. 2 of the towel losses fabric when using. The other towel are acceptable as online purchases quality, but not the Robinson quality if purchases were made at store

1. ROBINSONS - Very Poor Customer Service Staff was unprofessional in handling the case and replying to Customer. Staff made assumptions of the Customer when the Merchandising Team had arranged with Supplier to perform Service Recovery. Staff also failed to understand the information provided by Customer. Lack of Acceptable Liaising, Communication and Business Writing Skills. 2. SUPPLIER - Poor Product Presentation, Very Good Service Recovery Cap & Nozzle was missing, but Staff was quick and professional in performing a Service Recovery within 1 day of reporting. 3. QXPRESS - Very Poor Delivery Service Deliverer delivered the Perfume after stipulated hours (10:36PM) unlike what was being alerted by Aftership, miss-called me as I was sleeping, and left the Perfume AT MY WINDOW, when I neither instructed this nor requested for Contactless Delivery. - Very Poor Software Integration Alert was only activated on the day of Delivery, unlike what was listed on Robinson's website, defeating the purpose of having the function. - Very Good Customer Service Staff called me to check if item was delivered, but I was unaware, till I checked my Sliding Windows, and found the Perfume "hiding" in between the Window Panels.

Delivery of my order was prompt. As I bought fragile items, the customer service team took much effort to include bubble wrap and foam cushion to ensure that my order arrived in pristine condition. Thank you!
