“I have purchased few of the Lierac products listed here. Majority of them arrived with broken security seals (product safety aluminium film that close the cream tubs). The individual wrappings were all opened and tampered with before packing into the parcel. The parcel arrived undamaged. I returned the whole purchase and was refunded. The Customer Service apologised. Apparently - I was told - all those products were shipped “by the partner supplier” Robinsons should pay better attention to the reliability of partners they choose to trade with. Very disappointing experience, unfortunately.”

“Orders being sent at different times means I have to remember what has not been received. Recently my first items came very quickly but my second item was still outstanding. I had to call to check etc. This is additional work. Maybe a better system can be in place? Thanks”
