Wrong items was shipped. Take 1 week to exchange with the correct items. At first attempt to investigate the root cause, still response mentioned the recipient has received items.

The items were all in good condition. Packaging was good also. Only I got 2 pink towels instead of 1 blue & 1 pink bath towel.

Vendor management need to be prompt and done timely in order not to disappoint customers else one can purchase item only to be refunded later which is really a waste of time for both company and consumer. Whatever that is listed on website needs to be exact and real time which is a given in current market.

Yes, l have always like to shop at Robinson during the days in the 90s…especially the closed door sales…missed those days. Anyway, as much as l prefer to shop in person, lm impressed with the delivery service provided here, very fast but wonder why the items were delivered separately.

Ordering the item was easy and delivery was prompt However it would have been better if Robinsons could give an estimate on the delivery date earlier. (Maybe a range of dates?)

Great product but delivery person was rude and didn’t help to unpack the mattress just left it at my doorway and left
