“Website is not up to date. Allowed me to buy an item and a few days later told me it was out of stock. They continue to show it available on their website and you can still buy it. Waste of time and I have to track to see if I got the refund. They continued to email me as if I got the product as well.”

“Over price item”

“I put in an order of 4 items on 06 Jun 2022. After making the payment, I was informed that one of the items is out of stock and a refund will be made to my payment credit card. After 2 weeks, I did not see the refund on my card and I wrote to both Robinson & Bank, which both are asking me to check with each other. I am the only person running around both parties on this discrepancy and I am not sure which party is not executing their job properly. This makes me feel like the online purchasing process with Robinson is cumbersome and very inconvenient.”

“Robinson is a good brand name. But the service and quality dropped so much that it causes the company to go bust. Now that the company do not have a store their procucts price should be cheaper than the stores”
