“Great product but delivery person was rude and didn’t help to unpack the mattress just left it at my doorway and left”

“Robinson should improve on their customer service & online order service. Why must require customer to submit passport photo & identification to confirm their address. After all the customer is the one who pay the product via their own credit card. What if I am ordering product on behalf of another person & delivery is sent to another address & not my address but I am paying for the cost. Please look into this point. Too much of all these documentation from customer may become a hazard.”
