“Items arrived in good condition. Very courteous delivery person but came 2nd time due to not at home on 1st deliver. If Robinsons can give convenience to customers in selecting delivery time-slot, it'll be a win-win-win for all 3 parties. I'm sure Robinsons can do it as it's very common even on common online shopping platforms. Thank you”

“Efficient delivery. Goods received within 48 hours. Tsuru bowls and bath towels nicely packed just like Robinson in store experience. All received in perfect condition. Catalog in Online store and experience can be improved.”

“right after I bought it, they had a further discount a few hours later on the same day. Will have been able to save more if somehow the sale was extended to same day purchase as the announcement!”
