“Ever since Robinsons left physical store, the online information is useful but can provide more information on the products. The kettle I bought the other day did not say is wired. I had to call for more info.”

“Robinsons' customer service is fantastic. There was some mixed up and confusion in my order The customer service person sorted it out and resolved it for me without me doing anything. All she did was saying let me check and call you back. Within 30 minutes, she called back and said it is all settled.”

“Happy with Robinsons online purchase. Items received in good condition and well packed. Best if: 1. Delivery can be faster especially during the seasoning period. 2. More transparent on tracking info 3. Supplier include their Christmas's packaging materials”

“Online orders was easily done, but the process before delivery was not so transparent in that there was no information on the exact date for delivery until the very day, so for a period of 2-3 days there was anxiety as to where the package was . Otherwise alls well.”

“Delivery took close to about 2 weeks. Package & product came in good condition. Would be perfect if didn't have to install a 3rd party app just to track delivery.”

“Hi I bought 2 products. 1. Delivered on 24th Dec. 2. Today 3rd Jan did not receive another product. 3. I sent an email asking about the delivery. But not no answer till now.”

“I received confirmation for my order on 15 Dec. On 26 Dec I wrote to ask where my order was, you wrote back to say it was cancelled! Unacceptable at Christmas to accept order then say it’s out of stock!”
