“Ordered a Zinus iCoil 10" pocketed spring mattress worth SGD209 from Robinsons online on 4-Jan-2022. The ordering process was seamless & straightforward. Unfortunately, delivery person demanded SGD30 to carry it from 1st level to 2nd level. No worries, the mattress was rolled and put into a box for easy transportation.”

“Package arrived with some parts of the packaging torn. If it was a rainy day, the bedsheets that I bought would be all ruined. I think you can definitely improve on the packaging. Also, it would help if there was a lead time of notification 2-3 days before delivery. That way, I can plan better to ensure someone is home to accept the delivery. Otherwise I am pretty satisfied with my first online purchase. Thank you. 🤗”

“Items are of high quality standard, typical of Robinsons, yet priced at an absolute steal during clearance sale! Delivery took less than a week, rather slow for local items but this is not food, it's acceptable.”

“The shopping experience was horrible. I called the customer service hotline and confirmed that the item I am purchasing is available before I went on to order the product. The Robinsons portal went on to charge to my credit card and confirm my purchase only to inform me later that the product is no longer available.”

“Ordered a bin- was told no stock (after I had placed the order) and given a refund even without having the option of deciding on a different one. The bin was the main reason I made the purchase in the first place! Bought a couple of other things that I didn’t really need just to make up the shipping. Now I still have no bin! Also returned some towels last week and still no news about the refund (towels advertised are very different in quality and colour to that received)”
