“Ordered the Koniyaku Koi as gifts for friends and colleagues. Delivery was punctual, there’s some minor hiccups but these were resolved very quickly and efficiently.”

“This is my first time buying online with Robinsons. Physical purchase is still a better experience. Prices are slightly on the high side. I think it still maintains the "catering-for-the-special section" of the consumers. Maybe the higher income section. Whatever, do not forget the "low income" section of the consumers. Though low income they are affordable.”

“The power bank I ordered was out of stock and I got a refund. Later I checked your online store and found that the power bank was still listed there. I think you should at least put a 'out of stock' status there so that customers will not waste their time.”
