“I m very disappointed. Ordered a robot vaccuum cleaner on 31st Jan. 1st and 2nd public holidays. So it was ok. I called the customer service on 4th Feb, they said delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days and my order will arrive on the 9th or 10th Feb, only to receive an email on the 7th Feb saying that the item is not in stock anymore and my order has been cancelled.”

“what can I say? I still do not have an answer to when I can receive my items. each time I asked your customer service it either some time next week or I am following up with the supplier.. not going to buy anything from your store anymore”

“Product works fine, but seems to be old stock (understandably because it was on sale). Box was slightly mouldy and there were some at the exhaust portion of the hairdryer, which we managed to remove with wipes.”

“The bedsheet and comfortable material have cotton buds fibre sufficed on many areas. I have to use a roller to unpick these out (spent 45 minutes or so on this) problem seem to happen due to friction when we slide our feet across while sleeping and in use. A big disappointment for paying a premium for this bedsheet set.”
