“I’m satisfied with my purchase. The bedsheets were of good quality . They were delivered before CNY. Most importantly, they were delivered while I was at home during that period to receive my purchase.”

“This is my first time buying online with Robinsons. Physical purchase is still a better experience. Prices are slightly on the high side. I think it still maintains the "catering-for-the-special section" of the consumers. Maybe the higher income section. Whatever, do not forget the "low income" section of the consumers. Though low income they are affordable.”

“The power bank I ordered was out of stock and I got a refund. Later I checked your online store and found that the power bank was still listed there. I think you should at least put a 'out of stock' status there so that customers will not waste their time.”
