“I have purchased via the Robinsons online shopping - I like the prompt order processing, reliable and friendly delivery service. The packaging and presentation is well-insulated. The delivery guy is famliiar after repeated delivery to our home - always with a ready smile and warm greetings.”

“I had my earbuds sent with the towels. Almost instantly. Unfortunately the earbuds delivered had some issues, the left side did not work, and I immediately wrote back the few hours After receiving the buds. I wrote an email and within a week I got an exchange. It took some time but yet they managed to get my buds changed. Overall, a satisfactory experience. I was thinking it was going to be a hassle as I purchased my items online. I guess I was wrong, kudos :)”

“Been shoppjng with Robinsons for decades. Tried their online n it was bumpy at e start. However feedbacks are taken seriously with satisfactory responses (not necessarily immediately though). Its 30 days return policy are not well understood by their first responders. Continued training may be required if Robinsons want to become the online platform with excellent customer service as advertised.”

“Shirt is not a complete wrinkle free shirt as stated and still needs ironing. Behaviour of the courier or delivery company was extremely bad. Didnt called me though I was in the house. Package was left somewhere outside and fortunately my neighbours passed that to my wife.”

“Good selection and prices. First item was delivered 3 days after my order, but the second item did not show changes in tracking status until it was delivered 2 weeks later. There’s room for improvement to Amazon standard, since Robinsons is now online-only.”
