Item was well packed and delivered reasonably quickly. I expected it a little earlier but was not in a big hurry. Worked out well.

Good selection and prices. First item was delivered 3 days after my order, but the second item did not show changes in tracking status until it was delivered 2 weeks later. There’s room for improvement to Amazon standard, since Robinsons is now online-only.

It was a good promotion for the reed diffusers and the order arrived very securely packed. However, it took quite a long time (11 days, but 2 days were the CNY holiday) before I received the order. Overall, I am happy with the order and will order again if there is a promotion. I would like to see a greater variety of goods in the Robinsons website - clothes (plus sizes too), shoes, bags, cosmetics & skin care.

Very good & fast service. 👍 One of the items i ordered was an incorrect one delivered to me. I wrote in to Robinsons about it and the very next day they exchanged/delivered the correct one. Thabk you. 😃

The cutting board that was delivered looked like old stock... This is the first time I'm ordering from Robinsons and I will not order again as I am not sure of the quality of your items.

Poor customer service. My original order was $717.09, after $10 CNY discount for purchase over $100. Robinsons made errors and is unable to fulfill all my orders. So after delays and repeated follow ups, some of my orders were cancelled by Robinsons and refunds were made. Out of the original $10 discount, Robinsons have deducted a total of $3.89. $338.18 of my initial order was fulfilled. This value far surpasses the full $100 threshold to qualify for the full $10 discount. But I ended up with only $6.11 discount, instead of $10. Essentially, I have been short-changed from this whole experience, through no fault of my own. Then my complaint above was ignored.
