“Bought 4 pieces of CHRISTY Brixton Bath Towel "It boasts a thicker construct at 600gsm for lovers of a heavier, and plushier towel" as advertised. However, when i opened it, its only 1.1m in length. How can a bath towel be so small!? i can hardly wrap around myself in it. And its flat , so how can it be labelled "plushier towel" as advertised?”

“I’m thankful to rowena and Shermaine from the customer service to help me resolve my PDF invoice issue and sent me proper PDF invoice. Although it took longer than expected but it is finally resolved. Hopefully this issue could be fully resolved when I make my next purchase.”

“I’m so happy that Jordan has revived a much beloved store of mine, an institution in Singapore’s retail history. Service can be improved by offering gift-wrapped purchases meant for delivery to third parties. But Robinson’s did oblige my request to deliver the package to a relative without a price tag showing n she was delighted. Will definitely use Robinson’s online again but product range must expand in time to come. But a good start. Good luck”

“Missed my good old shopping days at the physical shop Robinsons.. Thus with the online option available thought will give a go at at.. “The delivery lapse is disappointing. Would expect to receive the goods 5 working days after ordering. I received an email that the delivery was already done so I panicked. Didn’t receive so I called the customer service hotline.”

“Utterly Disappointed as the main items: Radiance Revealer 50ml (Superfruit Exfoliating Gel) Day Glower & Eyes Lifter Special Set was cancelled due to items not available! If the items are not available then they should be indicated as “stock not available” on the website! The email informed that I can reorder once the stock is available. Given this cancellation I do not have any assurance that the reorder will not be cancelled again!”
