“Items bought are exactly as advertised and described on the website. Only issue is how when you buy multiple items, they all come separately and on different days. Very inefficient and I imagine a big waste of money on Robinson's part.”

Hi there! Thanks for your review. We understand that you are expecting to have your orders to be delivered together. However, if you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. “Ordering and delivery was ok. Packaging was good. It would be better once order is done that customer receives an email order confirmation that informs them to expect a delivery notice when parcel is due for delivery.”

“I liked the star buys and discount items. Delivery was prompt and I was constantly updated of the progress. However an item (dandruff shampoo) that I thought I had added to my cart together with the dandruff conditioner was somehow not picked up in the order. Unfortunately I overlooked it when I checked out.”

“Products are well packed and protected. Delivery was within 1 week. Only draw back is the estimated delivery times was way off the actual time. Estimate delivery time states 3 to 6 hrs, but product reached 12 hrs later after rhe email notification.”

“Website interface can be improved for better shopping experience. It's difficult to browse for items and difficult to search for items. Delivery can be made a better experience if customer can select time slot and date to receive the merchants. As no time and date was given, I didn't know when and what time my merchants were coming and guess what, they came at the wrong time when no one was at home.”

“The delivery person only called when he arrived at my home as I was out at the time. It is preferred if he could have informed me earlier of his arrival so I could arrange to be home to receive it.”

“Well packed. But the quality fall short. 2 of the towel losses fabric when using. The other towel are acceptable as online purchases quality, but not the Robinson quality if purchases were made at store”
