“Bought this as a gift and the freaking delivery bag has the brand name on it so no surprise. Who put their brand name on the packaging of the delivery goods. OnlyDHL.”

“Quick, pleasant and efficient shopping experience, as I knew what I wanted, and I would have rated a 5 but for fact that Robinsons responded about 7 working days later to say they do not have stock of the kettle i ordered.”

“Delivery was quite swift within 2 weeks. Could be improved. Pricing and discounts were on a moderate-low side but could be priced lower as Shopee Pricing were much lower as compared to your launch sales.”

“The return process is needlessly long drawn. After a week of negotiations, item still hasn't been picked up. I wanted to change for a different size but am told that it's not possible, have to return n buy all over again. Not a user friendly process. Doesn't make me want to purchase again. The person I deal with via email (Rowena) operates like a bot, again, doesn't encourage shopping with Robinsons.”

“After I’d made payment all I received was a msg that my order has been fulfilled. There was no email informing me when delivery would be. Then out of the blue bout a week later the goods were delivered. Fortunately my helper was home.”
