“I placed an order on 17 Dec and was assured that the delivery will be made with 3 - 5 working days. However to date I have not received my goods!! I contacted the customer service via WhatsApp and was informed that they will keep me updated. I didn’t receive any updates after a few days and so sent another email to the customer service. The same person replied to say that they are still checking. Subsequently I was informed on Monday that the goods will be delivered in the next 1-2 days. And I am still waiting…Really disappointed with the service provided!!! There was no communications to me on the delay in delivery and I had to keep chasing for updates! If I still didn’t receive my goods by tomorrow, I want to cancel my order and please refund me for the payment made.”

“Ordered multiple products and they were delivered in batches. Was informed almost 1 week later an item was out of stock and had to be refunded. Still good value overall but be prepared to wait for orders.”

“Sale is good but unfortunately, the points gained cannot be used together with promo code. It is sad because all my previous points accumulated were not used and expired. There is also no warning that the points will expire. Please consider to allow usage of both together.”

“The blue color bed set purchased was not as imagined from the pictures. Cannot take a liking to the blue tone but was informed return impossible as the plastic cover was opened. Only a pillow case was quickly viewed. The entire item was unused & unwashed, as it is when delivered”

“The choice of items is good and it is easy to buy. I can't say that the recent refund is smooth as it is more tedious than the last refund. The correspondence took a while, even though I was prepared to forgo the monetary refund. Eventually your company accepted the items and hopefully I will see the sum credited soon.”
