“Like to buy from a trusted merchant like Robinson. However, feel rather sad that those early bird purchases always paid a high price even with the discount... This gave me the feeling that I shall wait till the last few days of Christmas then buy at a very low discounted rate. The website is too risky when you use mobile phone to buy as there are many auto-prompt and no confirmation and you will be treated as you are re-purchasing your last purchase (as not even need to click any payment and it automatically went into purchased and paid. For some heavy items, will be good to indicate the weight for purchase consideration. My recent buy of the frying pan is too heavy to carry with one hand.....”

“1. Hydraulics does not work, it only kicks in when you manage to push the bed up all the way up and when you close it, it just drops down violently. There is even a notice to tell you to keep you fingers away! If you have a king bed, it means you are the carrying bf the bed up straight before the bed will hold! I bought the hydraulics storage bed for elderly parent, how are they to use this faulty product? Robinsons found all excuses not to accept that bed is defective. 2. Bed was delivered with blackish stains and broken covering. Robinsons did not allow return instead offered $20 refund for the stains/breakage. 3. Read fine print carefully. Robinsons promise/selling point is “30 days return”, it is marketed twice very clearly in the description of the product. However, when asked to execute this clause, Robinsons said there is fine print to exclude this product from “30 days return” and it was my error for not reading carefully. I question - is this false advertising? I will not shop with Robinsons again. Used to shop at Robinsons when they had physical stores. The online version clearly delivers no customer service and falsely advertises promises and products with unclear wordings. I wonder how many customers have fallen into this trap?”

“The Sale discounts are acceptable. However, I am unsure about who arranges the delivery of items, which left a VERY bad experience for me. I will not order from Robinsons ever again. I hope this comment is taken seriously. I left a longer review on the item itself.”
