“indicated delivery is 3 working days. mine came on the fifth day. nv inform time of delivery, so when i was out, just got a text there was a failed delivery. same thing happened on Monday. no advance notice of delivery. just showed up. good thing i was home.”

“I have always been a fan of Robinsons and was sad when the physical store closed down. My first experience with Robinsons online store was disappointing as the order did not arrive within 3-5 working days as promised. I did receive any heads-up on the delay and had to initiate a call to find out. However, the customer service support was good. The officer, Mikael, who handled my case, was efficient.”

“I used to trust Robinson delivery but not now. My last order #0155368 was not delivered in full quantity. Item received was short supply, but delivery note state full qty. Email to yours the photos to prove the short supply item. Customer service promised to delivery short item but didn’t received, as per your vendor said item delivered? I email customer service again to verify and item finally received two days later.”
