Bought Bellami sheets, one of the best I have tried. Cooling and so soft, love the bamboo material. Order came in fast too.

Despite requesting delivery to call and ensure delivery is done to me in person because the last purchase from Robinson was left outside my house next to road side, the delivery service did not. When I eventually receive the "goods delivered" message, I called, and could not find the item left outside, and marked then "lost item" in the delivery report. Noone contacted me to enquire the situation. The item is ~ S$30, so I am not going to spend my time for the problem caused by unprofessional delivery service that Robinson has engaged - but I will NEVER place my order from Robinson again. Even low-cost delivery - FoodPanda, Deliveroo, NTUC, Oddle, Amazon etc called to ensure clients are informed and receive items. Completely irresponsible personnel impacting trust in purchase.

While the online purchase and delivery was a breeze, I have my reservations on the 7 sets of Hillcrest bed linen received. The actual items did not seem to match the 900-998 thread count as described. While I wrote to the customer service, the reply was unsatisfactory Quote “ We appreciate you taking time to write us your feedback to us. While these Hillcrest products have passed the quality check set by the manufacturer, we understand that there is still an opportunity to make improvements on the product's workmanship. We've shared your feedback to the brand owner, so they may consider this on the next production.”. From customer perspective, it is an unfulfilled purchase as the decision to purchase was based on the product description on Robinsons e-commerce platform. Robinson should take proactive action by confirming if the product quality matches the description, and if not, empower the customer to either have a full refund or exchange. None was offered and I felt short changed. Nonetheless, as the items were on discount and I had already opened the items, I have no intention for a refund nor exchange. However I hesitate to order from Robinsons online again as I have no assurance on both product quality and how the CSO mitigate the issue on service recovery.

I wanted to return the item as it does not fit my balcony railing. Information on the website on how to return the item was not useful. Finally, I figured out that I need to log a case using the online form, however, till now, I’ve not heard from anyone. This is totally not what I have expected of robinsons.

Item ordered and delivered on time as stated, and in good order. More importantly, Robinsons is a trusted name. As this was a test purchase, might continue to do more from them.

Have not receive my order after 7 business days although the order confirmation says 3-5 business days. I also did not hear from Robinsons regarding delayed delivery. I have written in to enquire and am still waiting for their reply. Disappointing.

Bad packaging of the last item received which is the leggings. There is no outer packaging besides the plastic covering the leggings.

I received my order almost a week later. Was some problems with logistics. Not a problem since it wasn't urgent. Happy with the final product despite not being the one that I selected. Hope in the future things can get much better. It's a very competitive world out there. Bought it because it's Robinsons only. A household name in Singapore.

The service provider is fast. However, I just would like to know the warranty provided, I was not given any invoice or warranty card for the mattress that I purchased, can advise me how to register for the warranty.

I bought 2 sets of wine glasses, it came with 3 broken glasses. Contacted customer service but not getting much response. Wished you guys could replace the glasses sooner.
