“Bad packaging of the last item received which is the leggings. There is no outer packaging besides the plastic covering the leggings.”

“I received my order almost a week later. Was some problems with logistics. Not a problem since it wasn't urgent. Happy with the final product despite not being the one that I selected. Hope in the future things can get much better. It's a very competitive world out there. Bought it because it's Robinsons only. A household name in Singapore.”

“Part of My order on 23 Dec still has not arrive today. More than 5 business days. Robinson customer service (by mail chat) said they check on 30 Dec, but still no reply. Very disappointed.”
