“I ordered my husband a Christmas present that was marked delivered but never arrived. I brought it to the customer service attention and each time someone said they would get back to me, they haven’t. Am I, as the customer expected to be the one chasing Robinsons for answer when they are the ones that have not provided the product/service they have promised to when I made the purchase? Chasing them to rectify this situation has made the whole experience very unpleasant and frustrating. Will most definitely NOT be purchasing anything from them again. It’s been 5 days since the failed delivery… let’s see how it’ll take for this situation to be rectified.”

“Not satisfied. I made a purchase on Robinson’s website on 9-Dec as it was stated “Fast Shipping”. After the purchase, I thought my order will be delivered within 3-5 days. Instead I was informed I will receive a call on 12-Dec (next business day, weekends and public holidays excluded) to schedule delivery. However on 12-Dec no one called. In the afternoon, I took the initiative to make the call myself. I was assured by Robinson’s that my order will be delivered on 14-Dec, and Robinson’s vendor also gave me the same assurance on delivery. However, on 14-Dec, the day that my order is supposed to be delivered, I received a call from vendor at 12pm, saying there was a miscommunication between Robinson’s and vendor on my order and they cannot deliver on that day. Instead I had to compromise and my order was delivered on 15-Dec, which disrupted my plans for that day, in addition to the day before. So this delivery disrupted my plans for 2 days! A delivery schedule was committed to a customer but not delivered on that commitment. Instead the excuse given was “miscommunication”. Very disappointed.”

“The product itself and delivery was great; but sadly it was a gift and there was a photo of the product on the outside of the delivery box which really ruined the surprise!!”

“My event is last weekend and I am still waiting for the delivery I tried to reach out to your customer service who cannot help and asked me to contact Qexpress. So no choice, I tried to Qexpress but no one picked up the call after waiting for 20-30mins. So overall, much as I still wish to believe in the Robinson brand and service, I have not seen anything satisfactory. Can you refund me? You have done nothing but wasted my time.”

“delivery time is within 4-5 days which is reasonable. Would be good if the delivery person can talk or message 60-90 minutes or the day before they come. The person only leave a SMS and a photo that they have placed the goods AFTER they did it, and are gone.”

“Upset with the way Robinson refund me because the products out of stocks. Refund me not the full amount. I have to spent $150 to get a extra discount of $25. When it is not my fault that you are out of stocks, you did not give me the full $25 discount. Disappointed.”

“Very pleased with my purchase of the Ototo colander. I needed 27 pieces as Christmas gifts and Robinsons was the only vendor that could deliver the items in 3 days. I was kept abreast of the delivery and the service provider they used was prompt and courteous. I recommend Robinsons online wholeheartedly!”

“I have always enjoyed shopping at Robinson’s when they had the retail shop at Orchard Road & am a cardholder. Online shopping is very different from onsite shopping. Guess the $$ is more important.”
