“Did not receive the free lavender Avalon Organics Shampoo even though I bought more than $30 Avalon products so was rather disappointed. Other than that, delivery was fast and packed nicely.”

“Products were shipped very swiftly- I received my products within 2 work days. Robinsons have surpassed expectations by keeping me updated on the status every step of the way. The choice of courier is also tip-top and very reliable. The shopping portal is user-friendly and I managed to cart out in a breeze. Kudos to the team who is working behind the scenes. “Bad service. I wrote in on 18 Dec on the missing item in the order and sent in an image of the order received from Robinsons. I have requested for a return and refund as only a partial order was fulfilled if they are unable to send me the missing item. I have yet to hear from Robinsons except they will feedback to the vendor (23 Dec). I replied to their email and informed that my case was closed.”

“Product that came did not match the description - indicated that it would come with fairylights but it did not. This was an error in the description as the product description was subsequently changed to exclude the fairylights. Replacement fairylights were sent, but these lights were from the other christmas tree designs and did not match the design we purchased at all. A much better solution should have been offered from the start rather than simply sending anything available to meet the requirement, which reflects the lack of pride in the product and product design.”
