“Part of My order on 23 Dec still has not arrive today. More than 5 business days. Robinson customer service (by mail chat) said they check on 30 Dec, but still no reply. Very disappointed.”

“Did not receive the free lavender Avalon Organics Shampoo even though I bought more than $30 Avalon products so was rather disappointed. Other than that, delivery was fast and packed nicely.”
