“delivery time is within 4-5 days which is reasonable. Would be good if the delivery person can talk or message 60-90 minutes or the day before they come. The person only leave a SMS and a photo that they have placed the goods AFTER they did it, and are gone.”

“Upset with the way Robinson refund me because the products out of stocks. Refund me not the full amount. I have to spent $150 to get a extra discount of $25. When it is not my fault that you are out of stocks, you did not give me the full $25 discount. Disappointed.”

“Very pleased with my purchase of the Ototo colander. I needed 27 pieces as Christmas gifts and Robinsons was the only vendor that could deliver the items in 3 days. I was kept abreast of the delivery and the service provider they used was prompt and courteous. I recommend Robinsons online wholeheartedly!”

“I have always enjoyed shopping at Robinson’s when they had the retail shop at Orchard Road & am a cardholder. Online shopping is very different from onsite shopping. Guess the $$ is more important.”

“Delivery dates were reasonable but failed delivery attempts twice without knowing the reasons! Some items were out of stock & a bit disappointed. Most items were ok & well packed. Price was ok. Only the towels were not thick that was beyond my expectations.”

“Can no longer expect service like the good old days. Now it’s merely an online portal like Shopee or Lazada which one just shop n go. Those days which one could leave the stalls with shopping bags and wrappers, served by helpful and friendly staffs are over. Understand those are costs but it felt more like real shopping esp during festive seasons. Hope to see the return of physical stores one day! In addition the online stall also lacked varieties like fragrances.”

“Excellent variety, competitive prices. I will continue to shop at Robinsons. The delivery man was bad, though. He left the package outside the door. Did not even ring the door bell. No idea when it was left there. VERY poor service. Not Robinsons fault, but hope Robinsons will let the delivery company know.”
