“Expediting the online order was impressive ! However the delivery by your partner needs improvement. Robinsons should provide my mobile phone number to delivery partner (which I am sure you do) but delivery should have contacted me to inform when they will be making the door to door drop via mobile phone. This minimises inconvenience to wait for them with no specified time.”

“The return process is cumbersome, it should be Automatic via app / online that can be done by the customer. Engaging in chat for the return process is annoying. It makes them not come back for purchase again”

“1. Order was accepted and payment collected when the item was out of stock. This is totally unacceptable. 2. Refund was very slow and took a while after the item was confirmed no stock. Payment should be refunded immediately when confirm no stock. 3. Had very bad customer experience for my first order. 4. Am a very unhappy customer after purchase. 5. Promise will never buy again from Robinsons. 6. Bye!”

“You put in a great effort to sell your products online. Well done website! A bit slow using hp though but overall okay using laptop. Your customer service replied the next morning. Very happy to get the answers I want. Thank you. Supplier delivered a new luggage very fast. And provide information how to claim if damaged overseas. Happy. Well done. But antler luggage luma 28inch is put to test now because we are traveling on a budget self tour. When I returned to Singapore on 15 Dec, we will know better if Lima can without the budget tour handling or not. You have many competitors selling similar products that we can see and feel. At a very competitive price too. Already some parts of the luggage is dented and the lining curled up/out.”

“Min spent for free delivery is too high compared to other online shops. Not easy to reach such requirement. I would not buy from Robinson if I do not have any voucher to cover the shipping cost.”
