“The service provider is fast. However, I just would like to know the warranty provided, I was not given any invoice or warranty card for the mattress that I purchased, can advise me how to register for the warranty.”

“Part of My order on 23 Dec still has not arrive today. More than 5 business days. Robinson customer service (by mail chat) said they check on 30 Dec, but still no reply. Very disappointed.”
