“Poor management of delivery and shipments that are late. The website provide false feedback on fulfillment status as fulfilled. One experience is not enough to determine if I will recommend to someone else but I am sure Robinsons have potential to manage much better.”

“My Vitamix was delivered as advertised in good working order and box was in good condition as well. Vitamix has been great, need to spend more time to do more with it. Only minor area to improve is the notifications for delivery. These came in at the last minute and it was not always clear what was happening. My first notifcation was around midnight for the day before delivery, the history showed that things were happening before I got my first notification.”

“Not a fan of their delivery system; there’s no notification of the date of delivery. My box just showed up on my doorstep one morning with no notification, no door knock. Good thing I was home & happened to open the door to water the plants. I’m just glad no one stole it.”
