“Order #0151444, First of all, I ordered 3 items and only received 2 and you are quick to ask for review before you check if the order had been completed. There should be some quality control on ensuring items are delivered completely and that will give a lot of confidence to buyer. We do not want to waste time to contact you to look for the missing item that defeated the purpose of buying online.”

“I find the emails from Robinsons to be good and clear and concise. Website is good for browsing and generally fast and quite comprehensive with product details.
