I like it and have used it for years. I just downloaded the newest update and I'm disappointed that I no longer have a ROBOFORM Menu bar on my FIREFOX browser. I looked at Options, but don't seem to see how to get it back.

Hi Jodie - RoboForm has been updated to meet the WebExtension specifications imposed by Mozilla in Firefox 57. For more information, please visit: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000413812-Why-did-my-RoboForm-toolbar-disappear-in-Firefox-

last update removed the full bar in the browser, need 3 extra clicks to reach the same login option as before, unnecessary and time wasting, also when on a site does not prompt the right password as it used to do before, after 10 years it's time to change, as they don't take in to consideration user experience

Hi Enzo - we're sorry to hear of your frustration resulting from the update. Per Mozilla, Firefox 57 will only support WebExtensions. As such, starting with version 8.3.7, the RoboForm extension will no longer include a full static toolbar. While we understand that this change is not ideal, we must adapt to browser updates as quickly as possible in an effort to ensure uninterrupted software use for all users. Regarding the form filling issues you're experiencing, if you can please submit a list of these sites via our online support system, our technical support team will gladly investigate. Thank you. https://www.roboform.com/php/rtss/main?lang=en

I've had RoboForm for a number of years and I'm very happy with its performance! As I grow with the various log-ins, so does RF! I highly recommend this software. Forget about writing down passwords and risking the potential of loss and certainly forget about remembering all of them - it's RF to the rescue!

Roboform keeps me out of trouble when I have trouble keeping my numbers in order. We have been using Roboform for many years and has never given any problems: until now, what's with the feud with Firefox? Altogether I have been quite happy with Roboform. Thank you!

Software is good, but purchase of renewal never indicated it was a renewable until I could review expiration date in software.

There are three improvements needed. 1. Make the search go through the text in body of Safenotes, not just the title. 2. Make the option to Exclude Similar Characters in Generate actually work. There are too many repeats, especially in longer passwords. 3. Make the editing of Safenotes in the app for Apple iOS so that it shows the line I'm typing on instead of having to scroll to see it.

Hello Vicki, Thank you for your feedback. re: 1, searching inside of RoboForm items is already possible in the Windows desktop version. Click the RoboForm taskbar icon -> Tools -> Search Files. re: 2, Thank you for flagging this, we are seeing the same behavior and this has been sent this to developers for further investigation [Update/clarification: Upon further inquiry, it turns out the "Exclude similar characters" option is designed to exclude certain characters that are often hard to discern when viewed for typing elsewhere. Specifically we exclude the I, O, l, 0, and 1 characters. However, this option will not stop an allowed character from repeating. We will update our documentation to better communicate this] re: 3, on the latest version of the iOS app we were unable to reproduce this. If you can submit a ticket at https://www.roboform.com/support to give us more information we would be happy to try and assist.

Wonderful, I no longer have to remember my passwords. However, I do have trouble using it on my Android Tablet, I have to keep deleting and re-downloading which is inconvenient.

I like having a place to store my passwords but I don't like not being able to show them when I am on my cell phone. Also, I would like for Roboform to automatically save new passwords when I enter them on a new website. Roger Russell

Hi Roger - thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Regarding the ability to see your passwords, if you click the eye icon this will display the physical text of your password. For both Android and iPhone you would need to select "save" in order for the new password to be saved within RoboForm.

RoboForm is the always & everywhere present safe keeper of my hundreds of login credentials, each with a random generated password, very secure indeed!

I like to have my password right there, and not have to search for them. The new action of having to log in each time is not favorable, while it may only take a few minutes it allows tracking and logging of my activity which I do not like and it is an extra step. I do not like the fact you cannot still use the Window's 10 format.

I don't like: multiple icons in taskbar, the need to login from taskbar AND bowser toolbar, and the need to manually enter username and password again at toolbar after already selecting logon from taskbar icon. In short none of this occurred in older versions.

Hi E. Dale - For RoboForm 8, in order to access your data you need to first type in your Master Password. Once done, you can select the specific login from either the taskbar or toolbar. If you're being prompted to repeatedly enter in your Master Password, you may check your security settings for timeout preferences by clicking on the RoboForm icon > Option > Security > Automatic Logoff > increasing time period that displays.

Still have not figured out how to delete logons once no longer needed. They used to have a minus sign to delete them but newer versions seemed to have dropped it. Otherwise, I've used Roboform for many years now and like it for the most part.

Hi Randolph - From the toolbar or taskbar, if you left click on the individual login, you can select the "Delete" option. Logins can also be deleted by left clicking on an individual login from within the Editor.
