“Roboform was a really great password manager program, but lately because of the way login screens have changed Roboform doesn't always populate correctly or at all. I hope Roboform support can fix these glitches because I really do like the program and hope that it keeps up with the times.”

“Logins are nice but form filling 4 identities is not as easy as it is for Windows. The Android version isn't too bad”

“What I see in the past year or so is the greatly improved application and how it takes care of my pass words. In the past I might see 15 or 20 pass words for the same app with no information as to how they got saved. Most of them were redundant which is no longer a problem. I hope I am not jumping the gun because I have not used anywhere near all of my pass words. If RoboForm continues to work as it has been recently I'll give it that last star right on it's booty and I'll apply it with my lips!!!”

“Works well saving passwords and also form-filling, but it is a PIG to re-install if you are using the desktop version. All it ever wants to do is persuade you to buy the online version and pay the annual fee. I installed v8 (as prompted by the program) but have spent DAYS trying to get it to work - to no avail, so reinstalled v7 - now back to working again. This seems like a plot to get all us desktop users (with the lifetime licence) to swap to the annual fee version.”

“Have used RF of many years now on many devices as well. This latest change has left me without the capability to sync my devices. Have phones, tablets, laptop, and desktop now all with different versions of passwords stored. Not a very useful program anymore. The technical support team did little to resolve and basically told me to reset my account and start over. I know my master password and still I am not clear why they wont sync as before. One dissatisfied customer. John”

“I like it and have used it for years. I just downloaded the newest update and I'm disappointed that I no longer have a ROBOFORM Menu bar on my FIREFOX browser. I looked at Options, but don't seem to see how to get it back.”

“There are three improvements needed. 1. Make the search go through the text in body of Safenotes, not just the title. 2. Make the option to Exclude Similar Characters in Generate actually work. There are too many repeats, especially in longer passwords. 3. Make the editing of Safenotes in the app for Apple iOS so that it shows the line I'm typing on instead of having to scroll to see it.”

Hello Vicki, Thank you for your feedback. re: 1, searching inside of RoboForm items is already possible in the Windows desktop version. Click the RoboForm taskbar icon -> Tools -> Search Files. re: 2, Thank you for flagging this, we are seeing the same behavior and this has been sent this to developers for further investigation [Update/clarification: Upon further inquiry, it turns out the "Exclude similar characters" option is designed to exclude certain characters that are often hard to discern when viewed for typing elsewhere. Specifically we exclude the I, O, l, 0, and 1 characters. However, this option will not stop an allowed character from repeating. We will update our documentation to better communicate this] re: 3, on the latest version of the iOS app we were unable to reproduce this. “I like to have my password right there, and not have to search for them. The new action of having to log in each time is not favorable, while it may only take a few minutes it allows tracking and logging of my activity which I do not like and it is an extra step. I do not like the fact you cannot still use the Window's 10 format.”
