“No problems to deal with the software. No problems & grateful for upgrades during year. Shows company cares. I can use on Laptop & desktop for one price. Always syncs upgrades to laptop without a problem. Worry free! Limited income so reasonable price is appreciated. Best of all not having to remember PWs. I do keep a notebook of them as backup. & printout folder from Roboform of logins. Better safe than sorry. Best yet I would hate to ever go without Roboform. Pity those W/O Roboform!!!”

“I've been using Roboform for over 12 years. With over 2K passcards, notes and bookmarks, I've never lost a single one. With the constant evolution of operating systems, browsers and mobile devices, the Roboform developers kept pace with an excellent product. The few times I contacted customer service, they responded quickly and resolved my issue. That's why I just renewed for 7 years. I wouldn't think of switching.”

“I use Chrome browser. Roboform doesn't offer a tool bar for this browser that I know of. Just a single Icon which works fine. Just not quite as convenient as a Roboform tool bar.”

“I've used Robo Form for years, they use to support their product, but now they lost my account that does not expire until 5/2018. I have called 3 times Holding on for 1st call for 22 minutes, 2nd call 37 minutes, 3rd 34 minutes, all winding up telling me to leave message on voice mail, that they would call me back, I left my info. 3 weeks later no call yet. But they want a new order and will take my money with out getting the wright account and I done it all on line. The program had not work correctly after last update. May be that they got hacked! SO DO THINK I WOULD I WOULD TELL YOU TO BUY IT!!”

“"I've been a happy RF user for many years. Earlier this year I went to install RF on my new PC computer. The RF website said that RF 8 was the version I should be using so I installed it. Nowhere was I warned that this new version 8 would not work on my Chromebook. Had I known I'd have installed RF 7 instead. It's been quite awhile now and RF 8 is still not available for Chromebook. This has created.a huge problem for me. Buyer beware. " EDIT: I was informed through this review that a chromebook extension was now available, so i installed it. The new extension works OK, except for one feature that was removed from the previous extension used in RF7. On the old extension I could leave it set so that I didn't ever have to enter the master password to open it. As long as the Chromebook stays in my house, connected to my network, I don't need password protection to open the RF extension. There was a setting on the old version that made it so that if the computer logged onto another wifi, then the password would be required to open the RF extension. I can't remember what it was called, but it was perfect for me because the only time I would want the password to be required would be if the Chromebook were stolen. Hopefully this feature will return. Until it does I'll be entering the password often. I have it set to 30 minutes of inactivity, which is not very long but that will have to do for now.”
