“It make purchasing so easy. However I wish there was a way to turn of the sign in password. I live alone and I'm the only person who uses the computer.”

“I have had Roboform for years now. It has been the ideal password manager for my hundreds of passwords. Over the years, I have NEVER once had any hacking issues and feel totally confident that my information is secure. The primary benefit is that, with Roboform Everywhere, I can protect all of my devices and sync in real time--all for one annual fee! Support has been reliable and the annual fee is very reasonable. I recommend Roboform to anyone looking for a safe, secure and reliable password manager. The only improvement to suggest would be support for Kindle products.”

“It feels secure knowing I have a unique and complex password for each and every account and I don't have to memorize but one. I appreciate the one click fill and go login.”

“RoboForm gets worse with each iteration. When you try to log in to a site but are not logged into RoboForm, it doesn't give you an option to log on to RF. It takes much navigation and lots of clicks to do that. Similarly, lots of clicks if you want to find a login for a specific site. Used to be much easier.”

“I depended on RoboForm-2-Go when its not possible or appropriate to install the RoboForm app on a PC. It is no longer supported so I am switching password managers. RoboForm 7 used to work well with FireFox, but now it works intermittently. I do not want to switch to RoboForm 8 because it requires a file format update and I still need to use RoboForm-2-Go.”

Hi Arren - we understand your frustration, however due to an increasing restriction imposed on extensions by browsers, we've unfortunately had to discontinue RoboForm2Go in version 8. “It does remember usernames and passwords and allows for notes. On my desktop, it mostly fills in username and passwords. I would like it to fill in usernames and passwords for ALL login websites on my desktop. I would like it to fill in usernames and passwords on my iPhone and Android phones. RoboForm is not that useful on smart phones.”

“RoboForm offers multi-device access which is great, but with the new online account management, I am worried that the data could be breached. Also, the elimination of the browser bar button may cause me to switch to another password manager.”

To address your security concerns, the new One File scheme for user data storage includes many benefits including: - Improved privacy: Data is not visible or accessible until the Master Password has been entered. -Better security: One large file is cryptographically stronger than several small files. - Faster synchronization: One file (compressed) transfers faster than several small files. “It did in the past, but not recently. I purchased for another year hoping the problems I had in the last year might be resolved. No such luck. I haven't been able to get anyone to stick with me long enough to check out settings that might be causing my problems. After RoboForm quit working as it had in the past, I tried resetting lots of things hoping to resolve my problems. I just uninstalled my old version and reinstalled the latest hoping it would reset everything. It didn't...”

“Cannot get any help from your customer service, Trying to sycronize between computers and it it not working, trying to update/change password and is not working. Trying to hide passwords so other computer users cannot see and is not working.....................”
