We sent in a support ticket and asked for telephone support. We did receive an email with the number. What did not work is we called the number did not get through, left a message and no one has returned our call. This has happened before. On another incident it took us no less than 7 calls to finally get a call back. I know everyone tries to NOT provide phone support, but it is need.

We do often experience very high call volume, and as such, we do our best to address as many customers as we can. We recognize, however, that there will be times where not all users will be able to receive phone assistance. As such, we highly recommend submitting a support ticket through our online support system (as you did) as email support is offered 24/7/365. With that being said, we understand the need for phone support and we have passed your feedback along to our Technical Support Team.

The program is great! I've been a user since the programs early days. However, the tech support sucks! With the email tech support you just get canned answers. Phone tech support??? Forget it!!! I called yesterday and was caller #2. I waited the usual 15 minutes and was transferred to voice mail. No matter what caller number you are 15 minutes later you'll get transferred to voicemail. Sure you can leave a message. Get a call back...I never did! If you can do without tech support the program is great. If you need tech support you're S.O.L!

I like the new look and speed when filling forms. Negative is when I am at a place it needs filling and I click the green button, the drop down will show the site, but if I click to fill, I get a reading from the site that I have entered the wrong information. I then open the "list" and see the name of the site is not the name of the site I am trying to enter. Always interesting when I want to open my bank (Timberland) and it fills in (Google or Alaska) because that was the last fill in I used.

I have been using RoboForm for over 10 years now and I can't understand why more people don't use it. When I talk to my friends about their inability to remember all the passwords they have, I always ask do you have a password program that remembers all your passwoards for you and the answer is alwaws NO. And them I tell them about RoboForm.

I have used RoboForm for years (various versions) and the product does a good job at storing logins and bookmarks across devices. HOWEVER, the product remains "touch and go" after more updates than I can count. It still will not recognize forms on major web sites, it will store a password but not a user name (or vice versa) causing me to have to reset if I can't recall it myself and will often ask to save passwords it has just supplied on the same site. All problems have been reported but new versions don't resolve these bugs.

Have used RoboForm for several years and it has never let me down. It is ideal for my passwords, syncs across my devices, and is thoroughly recommended

I have been using Roboform since it's inception. While I tried afew others over the years, I keep going back to Roboform (didn't want to pay the price), but I now keep my subscript.ion for Roboform paid years in advance. There are none out therethat has the capabilities, performance and cross platform performance. It is well worth the price, and they are constatly improving the product.

I have all my important information, passwords, websites, identity info, secure customer info and safenotes available worldwide. And now it is even available on Microsoft Edge, but it needs some work to make as useful as on IE11 of Firefox.

I have been using this application for over 10 years now and it continues to improve. I manages my passwords across all devices and allows me to customize a password for each site. I have over 200 sites with passwords now.

I have been using RoboForm for several years. It has been safe and dependable. It is nice not to have to remember all those passwords and to be able to use it on all of my devices.

Failed to download. I have purchased roboform too many times and had problems with it in the past. I don't even know why I bought it again. Wish I Haden't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love having all my passwords accessible but I wish there was a way to see the date from each saved password/site. I like to delete old site's passwords, but I can't remember how long it's been since I've saved the password and the last time I USED the password. Do you know what I mean?

Hi there - Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. If you're currently using RoboForm 8, you can access our Security Center via the taskbar icon. Once in the Security Center, you can view your weak, reused, and duplicated passwords along with their age (how long ago you created them). From there you can directly login to the individual sites, update your login information, and resave using RoboForm. great password and note keeper. the multiple accounts and logins for roboform and roboform everywhere could be streamlined and better documented for users. also the online accounting system for understanding how many licenses one has and how many devices, etc

The convenience of having all passwords stored in one place and synced between devices is excellent, and encourages the security of generating unique passwords for each site. I am not a fan of the latest sign-in methodology, which involves clicking on the RoboForm extension in Chrome twice; not the case in the previous version and seems unnecessarily time consuming. I wish more websites recognized password managers and would set their log-in pages up accordingly, but that's not any fault of Roboform. Overall a great product that I have use daily for many years; I can't imagine life without it.

I have used Roboform for several years now to assist me in logging into my secure web sites. Having to remember only one password that then allows me to log in to all the different sites that require different passwords is a time saver. I don't have to keep a written list of passwords and refer to it every time I want to log into a password secured site. I

RoboForm Everywhere is a great password manager and I would have easily given it a 5 as I have used it without problem for years on all my devices - smart phones to Desktop PCs and everything in between. However - the latest update (8.3.5), due to requesting more permissions than the older versions, causes itself to be disabled by Google Chrome (latest version) so each time you turn on your device or come out of sleep mode it is disabled again and has to be enabled again in Chrome. I can't find any fix for this on RoboForm's website or by Googling. This issue is a pain in the neck! I will continue using version 8.3.3 on the devices that have not already updated to 8.3.5 - until a fix has been issued for this. The photo uploaded shows "grayed out RoboForm icon"
