“Have used Roboform for years and love it as a password manager but need EVerywhere sync to be less confusing and more logical where disconnects are and should show which was modified last. Also need to be able to export a complete cvs file as a editable backup record. Current export is limited in this regard.”

“I'm in a position of having used RoboForm for a number of years. As a result, it's a bit tough to even think about switching to another product. I like that I can use it across my PC, tablet, and phone. However, I find it frustrating at times, when it doesn't work as expected everytime. (Examples: doesn't save the user name for some locations, asks to save a password that I just automatically entered.) The next time it's up for renewal, I might have to take a look around--but dread the thought of having to set up all those passwords in a new program.”

Hi there - We certainly want to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible and we've passed your feedback along. Regarding the issues you're experiencing, if for any reason a new login is not automatically saving, you can force save it by typing in the username and password > clicking on the RoboFom icon > selecting "New." For logins that have already been saved but you're being prompted to resave, please select "Do not ask again."

“"The program itself is very good. The difficulty is IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY. I have used RoboForm for several years. I always dread a new version coming out. It is difficult to understand and to get it to work on my machine. It sometimes appears you have lost ALL your passwords. It never is a easy or logical installation." UPDATE: RoboForm support worked with me and quickly corrected my issues.”

“I made a mistake in placing my order. One email to their customer service found what I had done, explained it to me and corrected my account within the hour. Best company I have dealt with. RoboForm is the BEST!!”

“I have used it for years and it has made password management easy. My only complaint is the latest update for Android devices crashed in install making the app unusable. I was forced to uninstall the app & reinstall from Google's PlayStore. The install synched with Roboform Everywhere and now the app is fine.”

“Product is outstanding, Customer Service is apparently non-existent. I purchased a special offer to add 18 months to my current plan for $19.95, which I did on May 15, 2017. I did not receive a receipt and have not been able to confirm this purchase was attached to my account. I have left several voice messages and opened one ticket requesting a receipt and confirmation of activation on my account - there has been no response. If I don't get a return call to 760.832.9375 by COB Monday June 12, 2017 I will dispute this charge on my current AMEX bill, which will surely force the company to respond. How disappointing that such a terrific product, that I have personally helped many people purchase and learn how to use, has its reputation besmirched by lack of customer care.”

“Lo uso desde el 2013, es un excelente programa y jamas me ha fallado, estoy mas que contento con el rendimiento y la ultima actualización mejoro muchísimo el interface haciéndolo mas al estilo que se usa hoy en día, están haciendo un excelente trabajo por ende hice un renew por 7 años aprovechando también sus buenos precios, para adelante entonces!”
