“RoboForm is a terrific repository and generator for password/log in information. I've used it for years and find it to be very reliable. I use different passwords for scores of Internet accounts. There is no way I could remember them all. I certainly don't want to have them in writing someplace to be stolen. I'm one happy customer.”

“It is so easy to enter passwords for webpages and software that require them. I just enter my Master Password and RoboForm fills in my email or user name and password for me. There are just too many passwords that I use to try and remember them without either writing them down. This is so much easier and safer to do.”

“Great software! I tell friends about this who tell me they're struggling with their password remembering and I recommend RoboForm. Some friends listen and try it, others don't. With the Everywhere version I can check email on either of my PC's at home, or a PC in a hotel somewhere. It's very convenient and most helpful. I just discovered the option to not have to enter the master password each day. I'm the only one who uses my PCs, so security is not a problem. Nice job!”

“The software is not working properly on many sites. Sometimes it is seamless and properly fills the fields. Other times it does not work. For example currently on Google I have to select "Fill" and NOT Fill and Submit. If I choose Fill and Submit it keeps asking me to enter the email address again. Another constant irritation with the software is the box that constantly pops up asking me if I want to save the password AGAIN. This box should not pop up unless I am manually typing in a password. It makes no sense to have it pop up to ask if I want to save the exact same password that has already been saved. The software also does not work on my bank which is Bank of Hawaii. It does not ask to save passwords on that site and won't save them.”

Hi there- thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Regarding the form filling issues, this is a known bug with Google. While "Fill Forms" will work, "Fill and submit" currently does not. We are working on a fix and aim to have it available in the next release. To stop the password prompt box from popping up, please select "Never for this Site," which is on the bottom right drop down. Lastly, if you can please submit the full URL of your bank website, we will ensure it's brought to the attention of our developers. “I was updating my RoboForm and had some things I didn't understand. I got help from support and got it all working well. Thanks, it helps me a lot to have things stored for me where I can access it as needed.”

“After paying $19.95 to extend my subscription for another year. Robo Form immediately stopped functioning. Calls to the Help Desk were not returned. E-mails were not responded to with any solutions. I deleted Robo Form and installed Last Pass, for free. It works fine.”

“"I ordered the 8 version on the advice of RoboForm support. It does not work on my favorite browser - Firefox. I really want this to work!!! Otherwise I would give it a great review." Update: They have made this work on Firefox. The RoboForm bar still doesn't work, but at least I can use RoboForm. There are more steps to logging in than in the old version, but it does work.”
