“I have used RoboForm for many years and it is a reliable way to store passwords and information needed to fill forms. Each year, it expands the numbers of forms it will fill. I have it on 3 computers, all on Windows 10 and it seems to work differently on each computer. I don't know if it is a function of Windows working differently on each computer which it does) or RoboForm. RoboForm is reliable and I do recommend it.”

“I like being able to have longer more secure passwords without having to remember them. I preferred being able to attempt to login and being told I need to master login with the login box right there as opposed to the way it is now.”

“Well since my purchase Robo form keeps telling me to update. I need my activation code which I never received. So what can you do for me????”

“It was better before it was "improved" to make me login every time I wanted to use a password. I loved the program because i thought it gave me full access to my passwords on a daily basis with very few problems.”

Hi Raymond - Thank you for reaching out. You can turn off the Master Password prompt by clicking on the RoboForm icon > Options > Security > Don't Ask for Master Password.

Hi Raymond - thank you taking the time to provide feedback. When initially logging into RoboForm, you must enter your Master Password. Upon doing so, you should not be prompted to continuously reenter your password. If this is happening, please consult autologoff settings by clicking on the RoboForm icon > Options > Security > Auto-Logoff me after this many minutes.

“RoboForm is a great way to store passwords and fill in web forms automatically. The main thing that keeps it from a perfect score is the somewhat flaky Microsoft Edge client.”

“Have used your program for some time but at 83 years old finding passwords a problem.I do like the banks idea of a 4 digit number these I can remember. I also have a problem with updates;.I am not sure if all updates refer to my Everywhere or just the basic program”

Hi Bryan - thank you for taking the time to provide your review. The passwords to all of your individual online accounts can be accessed via the RoboForm Editor, toolbar, and your RoboForm Online account. Regarding updates, you can ensure you're using the latest version of RoboForm by clicking on your toolbar's RoboForm icon > Help > About.

“I never have to worry about remembering a password and I feel pretty secure using Roboform. I feel so good about it, I can't remember how long I've been using it, years and years. This isn't like some of the other software I have that I don't worry about renewing it every year; I just do it. I depend on it a great deal. Thanks”
