“I have been using Roboform since 1999 when they first started. Never have had a problem with it, ever. I have never used another password manager for a Windows OS and the reason is quite simple, why change when you already have the best. I recently updated to the Roboform 8.3.5.5 and am still adjusting to the different format. I do like the way that when v.8.3.5.5 saves and replaces an old login all the information that has been typed in the notes area are included in the replacement. Nice upgrade, thanks guys. If you haven't noticed I would recommend Roboform to everybody.”

“The upgrade to version 8 stunk. All my passwords were left out. I had to copy them from the old folder to the new folder. When I try to sync and upload new passwords/logins nothing gets sent, downloads from website are just as bad. I have to manually transfer passwords to each computer. This is the worst update I have ever done. I was game for the new features but I'm frustrated every day when I try to sync my devices/computers.”

“System is unstable and unreliable on Macbook and iMac. Worse on Google than Safari. Completely confusing. If I could download my passwords in a common format, I'd go with another provider in a minute. Been with them for quite a few years. Multiple OS, multiple computers. This is a just a shame.”

“I have tried to login to both of My robo form accounts but I am not able to login they say wrong password ,even the renewal I have not been able to get on. Robo form has all my passwords but I can't access them. I have been in the hospital for the last 4 months and can't remember things. I am a 76 year old disabled veteran and I have been using robo form since the 1990s and now when I need it I can't use it.”
