“For the most part it gets the job done. There are other programs or apps that you can get that are free. I only use this one because it came out before the free ones. And to switch everything over would be a pain.”

“Dear Technical & Quality Team, Thank you very much for your interest in this request. I personally feel like it is average Password Manager Application Software among all other similar applications. However, there are a lot of scopes to make it BEST, if you can implement the following features: 1. It should be made capable of saving and filling dynamic field data. For example, you can verify it at www.irctc.co.in where the passenger's name uses a dynamic field. Once you save it will not be filled up in the next login. 2. It should be made capable to save and fill login details which have two redirections like https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking/ where you fill in the Customer ID then the next redirection will ask you to fill in a password then after login completes. 3. It should be made available at competitive prices so that the common man can buy and enjoy it. You should provide it for a lifetime if someone is interested in buying it at a nominal price. 4. Toll-free helpline no. should be provided so that anyone can call and get help. Not everybody is supposed to write everything in detail. 5. When the App password match is not found on the Android App, there is no search box appearing, just an option to see everything. So poorly designed! We have to search for passwords among no. of passwords. 6. RoboForm doesn't recognize many programs in Windows like Adobe Creative Cloud. 7. RoboForm saves ERP-based application form data into multiple names/stages. How funny is this! 8. Technical support sucks. Poor, horrible, and useless service as you cannot speak to anyone directly. After using RoboForm for many years, it has become an outdated, impractical tool. The App is not intuitive. A person should be smart enough to understand the problem and provide a resolution accordingly. Hope you have got my points and you will do something to motivate us. Regarding pricing, we certainly understand the need to stay competitive and thus offer a free version, as well as a subscription based license. “I have used Roboform on my iMac for many years, updating successfully until this year. I have phoned repeatedly now and am always on hold for several rounds recorded voice that says I am 8th, 5th, or # in line, or "to leave a message,,,," I have left repeated messages asking, begging for a call-back, leaving my name and phone number. No one ever returns the call. One of the sales-points for me in the past was that I could speak with a tech advisor - always had excellent help from them. No more, sad to say. Must start to look for a different system.”

“Having so many access online that all needs to be secure and different from each other is a pain I don't need. I also builds websites for clients and setup all their profiles on social media, hosting and others. RoboForm keep all that for me. Letting me focused on my work and keeps me safe and fast to login in everywhere all the time. Changes are also easy done. I can customize each site preference - Just so much more than a life saving tool. I can't work without it. I now install it on every clients computer... and help them get started.”

“I have used RoboForm for years and loved it until it stopped working with AOL. I wish they would fix this problem. I pay a lot of money for the security and cannot use on my preferred Search engine. Bummer”

“I have been unable to sync my MacBook passwords through my Everywhere to my iPhone on which I have downloaded Roboform. I have tried on 4 occasions to contact Roboform and now I am told my RFSS password is blank. My password which I had been using in the past was labeled as wrong. The email I got back was as follows:" Your password to RoboForm Support System (RFSS) is currently blank. You can set/modify the password in RFSS::Settings after you log in" How can I possibly log in when my password is not accepted? The last 2 times I phoned and waited for 15-30 minutes, the automated voice said to leave a message and I would be called back. Today I was told I was #2 in queue and after 20 minutes, the same message to leave a message for a call back. Again no response. I am totally blocked from any customer service since I cannot talk to anyone and cannot get in to leave/start a ticket. It seems that after using Roboform for 15 years and referring others to it, customer service has evaporated for me.”

“I rated Robo Form one star because I was one of the first to purchase this product that at the time was a guaranteed lifetime use. They went back on their promise. A company is only as good as their word. They fail on that.”

“I have been using Roboform for many years now and have never had a problem with logins. In additional all logins are encrypted for security. The software is easy to use and setup. I have my Rofoform passwords synced over my Apple IPhone, IPad Pro and Mackbook Pro and if I had questions the support team works with you until the issues is resolved. I highly recommend Roboform for password security and ease of use. Thank you.”
