“I have been with Roboform for over 10 years and am very happy with the product which I use it daily. The customer service is very good. I have recently paid online to renew my license but the system made it into a new account not renewal. I wrote to the customer service and this was rectified 2 days later. A happy customer.”

“I really like Roboform Everywhere because it allows me to have a different password for every account on all my PCs without having to remember passwords. However, I do sometimes get annoyed when it won't recognize boxes that need filling, or requires me to click into the "edit" box to manually copy and paste passwords or username because it recognizes the site but won't fill. The functionality seems to vary on random sites after new version updates.”

“Works very welll and I have used it for years. However, it is not so good on the Apple iPad and phone products. Works well n the iMac.”

“The product is good. It works well. I have been using it for at least 6 years. Occasionally it is incompatible with a web form, but mostly it just works. When it comes to renewal, the website does not make things clear enough to be sure exactly what you've purchased until after the fact. This is a bit nerve-wracking, but it turned out nothing went wrong after all. The rate is just about the limit I would pay. I would have to reconsider if the price went up.”

“I Use Roboform for several years now and it works perfect on all my devices (desktop, laptop, iPad, iPhone). I have used other 'password systems' but this one is by far the best for a reasonable price!”

“Calling it average because it has some utility. Discovering many of my previous logins no longer function and have to recreate them as I use the logins. Still have problems with half a keyboard showing up when trying to use the keys on my iPhone 6 Plus. I would be trying a new password manager if the one I selected had been able to direct transfer from Roboform. Keyboard fix was promised months ago, but nothing. I cancelled that order but will look to change before my subscription expires”

“I really like RoboForm, but recently, it will not fill some banking log-ins. I don't know if financial institutions have a software block on RoboForm or what is happening.”
