The staff are polite and friendly. Poorly organised and disjointed business. Delivery is a whole other problem area. Lack of communication and accuracy when it comes to what is in stock and where it can be accessed from. Contradictions within communications.

Good price but very slow delivery. Ordered on 30th November. Invoice indicated a 2 day delivery. Advised that it was not picked-up by courier until the 6th December and now advised it is not being delivered until 13th December. I know it's Xmas - perhaps you should let people know what to expect. I was concerned what I ordered had gone astray.

The lads in the Miranda store were very friendly, informative and generous with their time. I would have liked to purchase in-store but they didn't have stock so I ordered online.

Service was good but I did clearly ordered for a black colour roof rack and I went to pickup the racks, which take me 30 min to drive. I got the racks and I never thought to check the content and when I got home, surprise that the colour I ordered didn't match, it was silver.

Ordered my racks online. Drove 400km to collect, only to be told they are in Brisbane in transit. I purchased via click and collect, told they were in stock and very disappointed I wasted my time

Placed order 3 Dec…selected express overnight delivery for urgent shipping. Called Thursday 7 Dec to check order status. Advised order had been processed but not shipped. Requested action. Promised good will be delivered by Friday. Bag req. before flight on Saturday morning. Good didn’t arrive. Left country without bag. Very disappointed

Roof Racks Galore offers 2 sizes of roof racks for my vehicle, but no option to select which size. Takealot has this companies product but with the same problem. I have phoned 6 times, sent emails and used their website messaging system. No response. Not sure how to purchase from a company that has no communication.

Not a great click and collect experience. Received 2 emails asking for feedback, within 24 hours but no communication to say if the item ordered was ready to be collected or the opening hours for collection. Went to the store a week later and they didn't have the item in stock and had to order it from interstate, Received a text a week later to say the item could be collected. Won't bother with C&C in future.

Initially had a Click and Collect that wasn't in stock although I was told it was. When the stock was available, I didn't receive a confirmation, the but is when I enquired about shipping the product I received it two days later and no extra cost. Great recovery team.
