“Ordered a set of racks online. Paid my money. Then got an email the following day saying that racks I ordered are not in stock. Will take 4 months to get another shipment. Have asked for refund. Waste of everyone's time. Raaaa..”

“You have been let down by your choice of courier. Goods have gone from Adelaide to Melbourne and now in Sydney, a week going in the wrong direction. Couriers Please are the worst freight Co in the business. Having stock on hand and sending it out is not the same as me having it.”

Hi Shane , We were experiencing a higher than normal amount of ordering during this time and caused delay in the dispatch in your item. No courier company can ever guarantee a 1 day delivery time and is only provided as an estimate. The item travelling from QLD to WA would have also contributed to the longer delivery time. “Excellent website. Easy to find a selection of products which fit my vehicle, choose what I needed and then place my order. I wanted to remove just 1/4 of a star from my 5 star review, but could only go down to 4. This is for two reasons: Firstly, standard shipping, although free on my order, took longer than expected. I ordered late on a Monday evening, shipment was delivered following Tuesday mid-day. Invoice stated "Estimated delivered Time: 1 day(s)" from Couriers Please. RRG Website says "expected 1-7 days" Secondly, the black plastic wrapping isn't recyclable, which is a problem. More landfill. The products were already packaged by the manufacturer in cardboard boxes. I still recommend RRG to friends and colleagues.”
