“One of the products delivered don’t seem to be new items. Not in Thule packaging and missing pieces of rubber that a supposed to be in the product. Not a satisfied customer as was long delays on item as well.”

“Great service. I ordered an item for click and collect that had to be special ordered. They contacted me the day after my order to let me know the delivery date (10-14 days). As it was a xmas gift and would not arrive before xmas they offered to let me cancel the order and refunded the money into my bank straight away. Best service from a company. Would use them again for purchase. Easy, simple, efficient service.”

“Items display as in stock on the website, but when order, I get an email to say it is 7-10 business days. 12 business days later I am still waiting for my item.”

Under normal circumstances, we would have sent a replacement product, however, due to stock constraints - this was not an option. I can see you have received your item. “The rack that was supposedly in stock was not. I was contacted to see if I was happy to wait for an incoming shipment, which I was ok with. Soon after that, I was informed that it was not available, and I could buy another rack. The only other suitable racks were more expensive, and I was not wanting to pay extra for something. I am now here 1 month after the original purchase waiting for the roof rack. The mounting kit has arrived, but not the rack. I am hoping the remainder arrives soon.”

“Ordered Light Bar Brackets, chose Cick and Collect from local store saying they had stock. 3 days later still no stock. Only coming from 30km away. Other store took 2 days to send them. Went to collect twice. Ended up getting refund. Should just say no stock and I could have picked up from other store.”

“Purchased an item from them and paid for them, 4 days later I'm told that their suppliers don't expect to have them until late January 🙁 Selling an item they obviously don't have in stock. Now waiting to hear about a refund so can't imagine I will be purchasing anything from them in the future.”

“Very pleased with your service. Was kept notified of my order and was delivered before the expected date. Even recieved a Free upgrade due to Xmas stock issues which was highly appreciated. “Pretty annoying that the website said it was in stock at a nearby store for pick-up in 1-2 days, then a couple days later they leave a voicemail to say its on backorder and will be available in a month. When it was eventually ready took them forever to find the order in the system. The staff were friendly enough and helped fit.”
