“I needed a fitting kit for my daughter’s car, a Holden Cruze sedan, and tried all the local car accessory shops but having no luck. Found Roof Racks Galore in Hallam who, while not having the item in stock, advised me about their online store. Ordered, paid for and waiting for delivery”

“I haven’t had the product yet so bit early to be asking for a review Also I order from you because I needed for the Easter weekend and the expected delivery time was one day but it still isn’t due until next Tuesday Only given 2 stars as someone from customer services did at least reply”

“Helpful service, great prices for name brand priducts. Only disappointment was slow shipping - they offer free delivery but I chose to pay extra for express post - that was a waste of money! Took two days to dispatch, and when send they chose not to even send express post despite having paid for it. Still, I would probably use them again and just drive to wherever the actual shopfront is.”

“I hope the products are okay. This rating is for the delivery service. Star track provide no indication that the parcel is about to arrive. Then, if no one is home, it doesn't get dropped off at the nearest Auspost....it gets taken back to the airport and I had to call them to reschedule. Which was 4 days later! And there's no guarantee that I'll get it on that day either, because they don't provide any ETA other than the 8hr, 9-5 window. So unbelievably poor given the automated notifications that other couriers provide.”
