I found that R.R.G web site easy to navigate the variety of roof racks and accessories was great .

I purchased a set of roof racks online for click and collect and it said all items were in stock. When I called the store to find out when the order would be ready to collect they advised that they didn't have the stock and the website was incorrectly showing stock levels due to a recent merge with another roof rack store. The team member I spoke to said they would not transfer stock between stores to fill the order, and that if I wanted it immediately I'd need to drive to a store 30km away. Otherwise it will be about a 2 week wait to order in parts (but no exact time has been confirmed at this point in time so who knows if it will be two weeks?). Overall, this is very poor service. Incorrect stock levels on the website is already a badly managed service, but to then offer no solution besides either waiting for an order to arrive when their other stores in the metro area have stock, or for me to go a very long way out of my way to collect from a different store is exceptionally poor. I will collect my order when all the parts are available, but I will not shop here again.

My click and collect experience was excellent, but while in the store I saw some less positive treatment of callers and the body language and comments made about callers who were difficult revealed that this would be a store that could be very bad when things go wrong.

Ordered awning. web site said it was in stock, 1 week later i have had no communication from anyone to let me know when it will be ready to collect. i contacted roof racks galore in cannington twice to find out whats going on and no one could tell me anything, i asked for the store manager to give me a call to find out whats going on, and so far no communication. 2 weeks now and still no Awning. I've been told its in stock in Joondalup. Very disappointing. I wish they would put as much effort into getting the customers goods to them as they do asking for reviews

This replacement cover bag fits. However, it was useless for Roof Racks Galore to keep asking me to do a review until such times as: 1. The bag arrived at my home. 2. The bag was fitted (No fitting instructions were given to the installer (Me)).

We have used them before with wonderful service. In this particular incident, the website stated that the products were in stock, and after ordering and paying, we were told they wouldn't be available for 6 months. We are getting a refund.

After the order nothing happened for 3 weeks and then I made contact only to be told there was a mixup with my order. Now I wait another 2 weeks for delivery.

They had a delay in supply on what I ordered. They emailed me right away. And I spoke to a customer service person who walked me through finding a suitable replacement product and even matched the price due to the hassle. What great service. Will be back for sure. And the range and prices are very competitive.

Bad experience with this company so far, did not receive order as promissed in "one business day", also no callback as requested. When asked to speak to supervisor/manager, feedback was he is busy.
