“Roof Racks Galore offers 2 sizes of roof racks for my vehicle, but no option to select which size. Takealot has this companies product but with the same problem. I have phoned 6 times, sent emails and used their website messaging system. No response. Not sure how to purchase from a company that has no communication.”

“Not a great click and collect experience. Received 2 emails asking for feedback, within 24 hours but no communication to say if the item ordered was ready to be collected or the opening hours for collection. Went to the store a week later and they didn't have the item in stock and had to order it from interstate, Received a text a week later to say the item could be collected. Won't bother with C&C in future.”

“Initially had a Click and Collect that wasn't in stock although I was told it was. When the stock was available, I didn't receive a confirmation, the but is when I enquired about shipping the product I received it two days later and no extra cost. Great recovery team.”

“Items arrived as ordered, in a reasonable timeframe. Only critical comment, is that I received two requests for ratings, prior to the items arriving. One was the day after ordering. Otherwise very good.”

“1. You sent my goods via Couriers Please when the invoice said TNT. Couriers Please are the worst Aust wide. 2. It was to go to Tasmania, it's going the wrong way and is now in Sydney for the last week and not moving. 3. I submitted an email to your help address, got an automated response and then nothing. 4. I don't need someone replying with " we're sorry that we didn't meet your expectations" BS. I either want the roof racks or refund. Pete Fox Order No. 000098253”

“Overall good, but I really did not like the black clingwrap (excessive amount). Not only hard to extract the contents, but I'm sure it's really, really not environmentally friendly in any way! Enough to put me off buying again.”

“After ordering I am told there is a 1 1/2 month wait for the stock. Days later they are still advertising for sale on their website and another platform as in stock. They are not trustworthy.”

“The roof rack came fairly quickly and with no issues. Ony issue being that the attachment kit I purchased at the same time to use with this rack wasn't suitable for the roof rack. It would have been ideal if I had been notified of this before getting the rack, even if it were just a confirmation call.”

“I only ordered it 3 days ago , and so when I prefer it said I would receive within 2 days , then I got email later next day saying it will be about 2.5 weeks hopefully , so I can’t really comment yet until I receive”
