“I purchased three items of furniture from Roseland. One item was broken when it arrived. However customer services were very helpful and arranged a replacement and collection without quibbling. The replacement was fine.”

“Disappointed the chair looked lovely on line but is has arrived and it very faded all round the edge if the top and the bottom It was expensive too.”

“Just wasted three weeks waiting for the item they emailed to say was despatched, but actually never left the warehouse , they then said they would get in touch with their distributor and then nothing , gave up and they refunded, ( yet to receive the refund mind you ) so good luck with this company , amateurish at best !!”

“Furniture great but delivery service absolutely awful. No tracking, and furniture dropped with an elderly neighbour who didn’t have space for it despite our request to deliver the furniture at a later date. Delivery signed for by driver isn’t appropriate either!”

“The items are good but they sent two lots in error (there’s not mine). I’m now having to store the other items that are large and waiting to know when they will collect. It’s been over a week!! Might start charging storage. Customer services was good initially but have not heard anything for a week. This not very good.”

Thank you for your review. I can see that you placed two orders through our website, order numbers ROSELAND201198 and ROSELAND200725. One order was placed on 7.8.21 and the other on 10.8.21. Therefore we dispatched two orders. If you could update the review to reflect that, this was not our error then it would be very much appreciated. I can see that we have booked a collection with the couriers for a refund of the additional order that was placed in error. “I was impressed by the appearance of the furniture and its delivery. The only problem I have is opening the doors on the cabinet. The mechanism is not the best. A fair amount of force is required. I would class that as a basic design fault, a cheap option. Sorry but I'm sure you want people to be brutally frank.”

“Easy to order via clear website, kept informed of delivery and it turned up on time in fully recyclable cardboard packaging which had protected it perfectly. Oh and the book shelf is great quality too!”
