I received my small two door cupboard within four days of ordering. I am very pleased with it and it was exactly as advertised. All very efficient.

Great! Easy ordering process via the website, stock levels were accurate and dispatched very quickly. I liked the fact the delivery partner text/email you and I was able to change the delivery day and the tracking was accurate about the delivery time on the day as well. Would recommend.

Just over two weeks since I ordered my goods and I’m still waiting for them to arrive. Can’t get to speak to anyone. I have been tracking my order via the courier app and it’s been out for delivery for the last two days and still no sign of it. I’m on the verge of starting a section 25 chargeback and giving up. My advice, give them a wide berth and order from somewhere else. Another disgruntled customer

Delivery was late. Had to chase through email because no telephone lines (which is shocking given everyone has had to adapt due to COVID and we are 12 months in). Delivery company were awful with driver refusing to lift table top off van due to weight "I don't get paid if I hurt my back!". I had to lift table myself! On opening discovered that the table was damaged and I'm still waiting for a collection and a refund. Will never use you again!

Delighted with my purchase. Delivered with excellent protective packaging. Sturdy piece of furniture but light enough for me to put in place of choice without too much effort. Very good quality for price paid.

Absolutely shocking company iv been trying for weeks to return a damaged tv unit and still no further forward with it, to return an item you have to email them as there phones are not working for some strange reason and it takes them days to reply to 1 email so pray your item doesn't come destroyed like mine was!

I was a returning customer, having been extremely satisfied with previous purchases, However on this occasion of the purchase of a TV corner unit, the package arrived unannounced via XPD courier service at a very inconvenient time and was left before it could be examined. On unpacking the unit was found to be damaged both on the back, which was not a great problem, but also on the front which was very noticeable, also areas of the cabinet were very poorly finished, some appearing not to have any varnish at all. Although the customer service was reasonably OK via e-mail and waiting several days for a reply, I feel that a phone call from the company could have expedited matters in a more efficient manner, the old , We are working from home and can not answer the phone excuse after a year is wearing a bit thin. Also having to make my own return labels as non were forth coming was a bit of a cheek as was the offer of a ÂŁ30 reduction in the price if I kept the cabinet, the damage was most likely caused in transit but the quality was poor and customer service needs to be tweaked somewhat.

Although I measured for the bookcase it was much smaller than I had expected it to be which was disappointing. It is nicely made and feels really good quality on the positive side. The biggest issue was the delivery company as the box was delivered to my driveway with the driver telling me to unwrap it outside as it was covered in paint due to the warehouse staff thinking it was a laugh to open some pots of paint in the delivery lorry so that they spilled. The driver rang his boss about it who told him to “crack on “and get on with it! The driver did unwrap it outside when I said I wasn’t happy with it and take all paint covered wrapping away with him which I was grateful for but this meant I couldn’t have returned the item even if I had wanted to and left me with a driveway covered in paint which I had to clean up!
